Kathy La Tour

A passionate author, educator and cancer survivor, Kathy La Tour is a dynamic speaker, captivating audiences from eight to 1,600. Diagnosed with invasive breast cancer at 37, her life was changed forever.

She wrote The Breast Cancer Companion, appeared on The Today Show and CBS Evening News, and has been published in Good Housekeeping and Chicken Soup for the Surviving Soul. She won a 2002 Katie Award for work as consulting senior editor of CURE, a national magazine for the cancer patient. Her newest presentation, One Mutant Cell, chronicles her journey through cancer with stories of humor and emotion.

VGS assisted Kathy with the development of her speaking kit and continues to manage all of her engagements across the country.
